Was sold the family membership at a fire station sales pitch along with Legal Shield. Legal Shield works great however, somehow the salesman who set this up, messed up and set the master account to my wife and the slave account to me unknowingly I set up all the ID shield in my name, and started to download all the micro trend products to add on low and behold they were all seven day trials, and everything wanted my ID Immediately contacted Legal Shield/ID shield and said what’s going on this is all included in my monthly family membership. It’s been eight weeks and 3 1/2 hours on the phone. They cannot get this right ID shield points to micro micro trend points to ID shield and then they take my money as if everything works just fine. Well it’s eight weeks now and I finally called because last time I talked to they said something needed to be reset and it would take a few business days and when I called today it was as if I’ve never talked to these people in my life and it’s been 3 1/2 hours of my life I’ll never get back well. How about we cancel the family membership and I want a full refund for the eight weeks that it has never worked from the day I signed up so be. Leary, some people say it’s a good product, but it seems that they’re a new company and somewhat incompetent and technical support because they use a third-party and the right hand and the left-hand. Do not communicate well. Good luck.
