I have been with you 20 + years and…

I have been with you 20 + years and have always been comfortable with you. Trust is important to me and I do have that with you. The few times I have called you I cannot say enough of customer service and techs that have given me relief regarding issues I thought I would have and in reality had none.

I received a letter….

I received a letter that my information had been compromised. I called ID Shield and spoke to an agent who was so thorough with his information. I now have fraud alert. I have had your service for a few years and have called a few times for help and always was satisfied. Thank you.

When my wife applied to serve at our Church...

When my wife applied to serve at our local church in Tulsa, OK, they performed a background check on her. It came to light that she had a child molestation charge in North Dakota, flagged under her maiden name. Despite being married for 20 years, we have never visited or resided in North Dakota. Unless the matter was resolved, the church didn't allow her to serve. We reached out to ID shield on the day after. By the end of the week, the issue was resolved, and the Legal Department took it up with the reporting company, Church & State of North Dakota.

I was very worried and got great help at IDShield

I was very worried and found conflicting information on an identity theft problem. The ID Shield agent, Brenden, was patient and very knowledgeable. He allowed me to ask questions and answered every one. He also knew exactly the information I would need going forward and provided that to me so that I could work on protecting us in the future. I am very grateful for his help.

I received a notice from my Discover…

I received a notice from my Discover Credit card company that my social security number had been found on the dark web. I immediately contacted ID shield to fix and out what I needed to do. Immediately, a fraud report was placed for me, and I was informed to get a free credit report.

Very Helpful

Associate we spoke to listened carefully and helped us all the way through the process to follow up.

Only worried that it wasn’t caught sooner when someone took out a credit card under our social. ID shield caught after it went to a collection agency.

I felt like the representative was flippant.

I felt like the representative was flippant about my concern, which is that my SSN was leaked in the AT&T breach. Even though I was not the direct victim of identity theft, a fraud alert was placed on my record so I am unable to get credit quickly like I used to be able to do.

I didn't feel like the rep really did anything to help me. He certainly didn't take any time to help me understand the implications of the breach, how it might impact me or how IDShield would protect me.

I also find it disconcerting that IDShield is supposed to be protecting me, yet I found out that my SSN was leaked through an email I received from another agency.

My bank account was compromised by…

My bank account was compromised by someone who got my social security and went into my account and took a substantial amount of money! I called ID Shield and was helped immediately…the gentleman that helped me was so thoughtful and kind..he was able to get a Fraud alert on my account immediately
