Being alerted regarding any unusual activities against my accounts in a timely manner. I just think it's awesome to have a pair of eyes watching 24 hours around the clock.

I appreciate the monthly email updates. It's not overboard with multiple advertisements and so far, nothing to be urgent attention only reviews.
Access and password resets are user friendly. Actually, your system is one of the best.
It's important for people to know "Norton, provides the security so you don't have to worry"
Additional webinars on the state of security, how we can protect our identity is always helpful.

That I got immediate notification when I applied for a credit card. Was able to let life lock know it was me and not a scam

Lifelock is good at letting its customers know where. They stand if there's a data breach or someone tries to open a credit line. We are contacted letting us know.

Top drawer and first class. The agent went through a thorough process to confirm my identity and was patient with my explanation of the reason for my call.
He fully explained why the email about which I was calling was a fake and gave me information to avoid falling for a scam in the future.
I have been a member for quite some time and, I will say that it has been well worth it.

Can’t get phone support. It sucks I actually get better alerts from my Bank @nd my brokerage firm. They answer a phone 24/7; I’m a long term customer of life lock. Norton takeover was a disasters

It's very comforting to know that a company has your back. I was a victim of fraud a few times so I joined Lifelock for security. I haven't had any problems since. I just feel that this can be pricey. Overall, a trustworthy company!

I decided to sign up with LifeLock, and when I learned that LifeLock is associated with Norton, I rethought the decision.
In spite of the Norton association, I signed up a couple of years ago.
LifeLock does a good job, but sometimes they send notifications about data breaches and other news about organizations that I am not associated with.
I would rather not be bothered with emails and phone calls that have nothing to do with me or my accounts.
I believe that I am paying them to contact me only about what concerns my accounts.
But let's end on a good note... Last year they were very generous, and extended my subscription. I am grateful for that. Thank you, LifeLock!

I have in trusted the company for over several years with the monitoring of my most personal information it has been a pleasure to work with Lifelock, they are quick to notfiy you of any changes. Its like have a private investorgator on your team ex: Credit Protection, Internet (darkweb) as much as possible as we know with the use of the internet anything can happen we also have to do our part as well.

I appreciate LifeLock. I applied for a new credit card @ Marshall Dept. Store. I forgot all about my LifeLock protection. When the alert came thru via my phone I immediately realized I had protection. Thank you “LifeLock.”

I was shopping online for a cheap Airline ticket when I got an offer for a Southwest air ticket at a cheaper rate of $200 off my ticket price if I accept to apply/buy it with Chase Card. I accepted the offer and purchased by ticket. I did not know that Southwest Rapid Reward
Visa card is owned by JPMORGAN AND CHASE. LifeLock quickly saw the inquiry with my name on Credit Bureau and contacted me. This is great and a piece of mind.

I am so satisfied with my Lifelock protection, and trust and believe I have been a member since 2009. If I was not satisfied with the service I would have let it go many years ago. I feel so confident with my credit because Lifelock got my back. It's worth the money.
