How would you deliver your value proposition if not through your current or planned product? Here‘s the thing. We love thinking in solutions. We get stuck on ideas and then want to build them asap 💡 ⚙ Let me challenge you to something new, as I did during my recent workshop with startup teams at SIBB (EIT Digital) Startup Bootcamp: Think about how you can deliver your value proposition in a simpler, quicker way than building it. How can you do it manually? How would you do it if you wouldn't have anyone to build it? The possibilities are endless. YOU could be the AI finding the right answers to your customers questions. You could stitch together existing, separate tools to explore what a platform would look like. Don‘t just think of a prototype or an MVP as one tiny part of your product but a simplified version of your value proposition. What do you come up with? Let me know about creative experiments in the comments or connect to chat about them. 📸 My virtual workshop setup & a sunny behind the scenes. #Innovation #Experiments #Entrepreneurship #TestingBusinessIdeas #IdeaValidation
awesome book on the desk 😊
Top post, Nicola. Not enough people think about innovation in that way.
Run a business discovery to learn what you need for the thing you are trying to solve.
Excellent set of books there 📚👏 And great question 🙌

3wNice one! When I was Head of Product for a digital media distributor our dev team once solved a major pain point for music labels without one single line of code. They had problems organizing the release of a record with all the parties and assets involved. A Monday.com template and some automations and integrations with Google Cloud went a long way. Other teams I was part of built major parts of proprietary solutions upon existing, rebranded SaaS platforms and went live with it. So cheers to no-code!
