(Will update review in few months for performance)Been using a galaxy S7 for the past 7 years and finally wanted to upgrade, So far phone arrived safely in bubble wrap with a charge cable and a pick for opening the SIM reader. I use straight talk so I just put my SIM in and the phone worked like clockwork no issues with signal or calls. From a first opening the phone is not deep cleaned as it has a ton of gunk in crevices from the original owner. Throughout the day the phone has not given me any problems, will update in a few months.

I purchased this Samsung renewed. It stated excellent condition. Around edges of the phone their were blemishes and a scratch. When I attempted to install and set up the phone the phone would not connect to my Wi-Fi. It said it was slow. My home internet is excellent never. Had an issue. My tvs iPad and phones all connect no issues. I shut phone down attempted to restart nothing would work. Kept saying my Wi-Fi had no internet. I attempted to use my boyfriend phone hot spot again same issue said no internet. My boyfriend connected to home Wi-Fi with his phone no issues. My phone suddenly broke. I have been without a phone for several days. I was upset to find out this phone wouldn’t work. I returned and ordered a phone through another seller. Not happy at all.

I was a little unsure of how to feel before buying a phone from amazon like this, but I made a great choice. There is literally no issue with this phone, it charges great and has a great battery life, no cracks or chips or anything. The face recognition is a bit buggy so I chose not to use it, but I think that is more of samsung's fault more than anything else. Also for the fingerprint reader, it works great but for those who don't know, if you have a screen protector, you have to look through settings to make the screen more sensitive so that it goes through better (its labeled as such under settings>display>touch sensitivity). Otherwise, great phone that can handle a great amount of pictures and apps.

Pedí este teléfono porque en la descripción dice que viene desbloqueado, el teléfono llegó en excelentes condiciones unicamente el detalle es que viene para ser utilizado con la compañía T-Mobile (en México no existe esa compañía) por lo tanto lo devolví, al realizar la devolución de los $7,098.83 unicamente me devolvieron $5,965.40, llevo mas de un mes intentando conseguir dicha diferencia pero no le veo final.
Una situación totalmente injusta, si utilizas la red T-Mobile adelante, si no, busca otra alternativa.
