On Friday June 28th, we celebrated the arrival of the long-awaited summer but most importantly the 50th anniversary of the Dior Orléans Campus at Saint-Jean de Braye, which opened its doors in 1973. From 1973 onwards, Dior products have been designed, tested and produced on this site which has become one of the beating hearts of our organization. At Parfums Christian Dior, we commit and act to re-enchant the world.  From June 24th until June 28th, we held our first-ever Engagement Week, TOGETHER DIOR. The first edition of a major international event that our CSR teams organized as part of a comprehensive initiative aiming to celebrate not only our commitment, but also our positive impact on society and the environment.  Over five amazing days, TOGETHER DIOR was dedicated to giving back beyond our workplace walls and making a difference through CSR activities, vibrant workshops, inspiring conferences, and volunteering. The mobilization both in France and globally was heartwarming and once again our CSR leads proved that they could move mountains with more than 50 actions organized worldwide with renowned associations such as Dress For Success and La Cravate Solidaire (for which we have collected hundred kilos of clothing), Look Good Feel Better, WWF, Belle & Bien, SALUTE ALLO SPECCHIO, Nos Quartiers ont du Talent, and many more. Around 4,000 participants responded to our call to action and lived up to our commitments, to women and to society in general on one side, and to regenerative agriculture and the restoration of open spaces on the other side. In France we had the honor of welcoming friend of the House and President of the Good Planet Association, Yann Arthus-Bertrand, for an inspiring conference. This first edition has proven that TOGETHER, we can make a difference and we would like to thank all the participants for their contribution to this cause and for their ongoing dedication to excellence in all we do at Dior. The event was hosted by DIOR B.R.I.D.G.E (Building Relationships in Diverse Group Environments) Employee Resource Group. The mission is to elevate diverse voices, enhance equity, foster mentorship, champion inclusivity through safe spaces and allyship, drive impact through community outreach and create a nurturing a space that you can be unapologetically yourself.  On June 12th we were graced with 2 incredible voices, Catarina Rivera, MSEd, MPH, CPACC and Michael Venturiello, our US teams had the opportunity to learn about the significance of disability inclusion in the workplace, as well as the history and evolution of Pride, respectively. The impact was palpable—employees left these sessions with new perspectives and fresh ideas, with a reignited passion to be an ally. These conversations reinforced the importance of empathy, understanding, and active support for marginalized communities within Dior's walls and beyond.
