The last week of June, as part of Pride Month celebrations and during the first  “Together Dior” engagement week we had the pleasure to welcome ALL LVMH PRIDE FRANCE for an inspiring LGBTQ+ live conference broadcasted worldwide and hosted by Pierre-Julien BOUSQUET, LVMH Group Global VP Talent Engagement et Co chair ERG , Edouard Dordor, Managing Director Travel Retail Europe and Flavie Marchand, Global CSR and Diversity & Inclusion Manager. The meeting was a great opportunity to raise awareness on the community's issues and to share its latest news, ahead of the Pride Walk. The conversations revolved around the importance of fostering an inclusive atmosphere of kindness and freedom of speech. On June 5th, we kicked-off a long-term partnership with Salute allo Specchio Onlus, a non-profit Association that supports women undergoing oncological treatments and helps them rediscover beauty after cancer. Our passionate Marketing team in Italy organized a special event dedicated to empower the spirits of these women facing cancer. The day combined the enchanting world of fragrance, the therapeutic power of beauty and moments of learning. For our team, this was a precious opportunity to share time with women that represent strength and resilience. We were honored to help them rediscover their femininity and take care of themselves. We are also grateful to Dr Antonino Di Pietro, a Dermatologist from San Raffaele Hospital, for sharing his expertise on skin cancer prevention with all our team members to raise their awareness and foster positive actions for their health. On Friday June 28th, we celebrated the arrival of the long-awaited summer but most importantly the 50th anniversary of the Dior Orléans Campus at Saint-Jean de Braye, which opened its doors in 1973. From 1973 onwards, Dior products have been designed, tested and produced on this site which has become one of the beating hearts of our organization.
