With all the stressors in our day-to-day lives, it’s important to remind ourselves that our mental health matters. That’s why we believe every GoHealth employee should have access to a range of mental health resources for total peace of mind. Here are some ways we support #TeamGoHealth and their mental health: ☑ Through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP), our employees and their families can enhance their quality of life through a large network of behavioral health, financial, and legal professionals. ☑ HealthJoy provides 24/7 access to a healthcare concierge, who can help our employees navigate the healthcare system and provide answers to benefit questions. No-cost telehealth services are also available for qualifying circumstances. ☑ Spring Health offers enhanced behavioral counseling through online tools, unlimited support from a Care Navigator, and up to five in-person counseling sessions. ☑ We encourage our employees to unplug and recharge by using their benefits and taking advantage of the many resources highlighted above. Our team members are our changemakers – actively supporting #Medicare consumers and their evolving health needs. To showcase our integrity, collaboration, accountability, resiliency, and empathy, we remain committed to our ongoing support of our employees and their mental health needs.

Another day closer to helping our Seniors and Disabled get the quality of healthcare they deserve. I’m excited every day to see how many lives are changed for the better because of the services we can provide and the support our members get. I love it when they call for help with their plan and they know I will always be there to assist. So rewarding!

I’ve been dealing with stress from work and some personal issues and Spring Health has been very supportive. I’m very grateful for the free help I get through Go Health.
