GoPride, GoHealth's LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group, hosted its first panel yesterday focusing on the importance of support and allyship within the workplace. From themes of challenging harmful stereotypes to the necessity for intersectional advocacy and empathy within community spaces, our panelists had an engaging and insightful dialogue stressing the importance of authenticity and representation.
