To meet Medicare consumers wherever they are in their care journeys and ensure they have complete peace of mind in their healthcare decisions, we must constantly evolve alongside them: evolve in the ways we communicate, in the ways we collaborate, and in the ways we implement our proprietary technology to create an even more efficient, consumer-focused experience. It was a privilege to participate in GoHealth Slovakia's Technology Town Hall this week to discuss our outlook on the future of our organization, our technology, and the ways we will continue to support Medicare consumers everywhere. #TeamGoHealth
We recently had the pleasure of hosting our CEO, Vijay Kotte, our VP of Product Management, Nagini Indugula, and our SVP Product & UX Design, Wayne Young, at our Bratislava office! 🌟 The visit kicked off with an engaging Technology Town Hall, providing a platform for aligning our technological direction. We received valuable updates from our Tech Leads Ľubomír Janček, Martin Litvaj, and David Rajnic. Additionally, we held a Fireside Chat allowing us to discuss our company's direction, address questions, and share thoughts on key topics. 📌 What is the one main takeaway? GoHealth maintains a customer-focused approach, always aiming to deliver the best for our end users. Numerous smaller meetings and informal chats fostered deeper discussions and enhanced cross-team collaboration. A big thank you to everyone who participated! Until next time! 👋

This #Juneteenth, we acknowledge the sacrifices of generations of Black Americans in their mission for equality and justice, while honoring the current advancements in civil liberties, that enslaved people could only have dreamed of. We honor today for its lasting impact, for building community, for resilience in the face of the greatest adversity. At GoHealth, we recognize how much work needs to be done in the continued fight for equity and justice for all. That's why we remain committed to empowering communities through the stories we share and the work that we do. From initiatives like #GoBold, one of our employee-led resource groups that embraces and strengthens the unique experiences of Black employees, to our ongoing commitments to support #healthequity within the Medicare marketplace, we're here to amplify Black voices and the stories that shape our world.
