We kicked off the ESPYS by hosting the inaugural Athleta Power of She Luncheon, celebrating game-changing women who embody the #PowerOfShe on and off the field of play.    Actress, activist and Angel City Football Club investor Sophia Bush and ESPN journalist Ari Chambers joined #TeamAthleta to co-host the inspiring afternoon of connection and conversation with women changing the game for sports, entertainment, journalism and beyond.    As an official sponsor of the ESPYS, we’re thrilled to present the Best College Athlete Women’s Sports Award at tonight’s show to one of this year’s incredible nominees–Caitlin Clark, Haleigh Bryant, Sarah Franklin and Izzy Scane.   Tune in at 5 p.m. PT on ABC to join us in celebrating all the game-changing women nominated for an ESPY, including long-standing Athleta partners Simone Biles and Brenna Huckaby!

This week, we brought together more than 300 of our HQ and Upper Field employees in person for the first-ever Athleta Week: three days dedicated to bringing our teams together to connect, move and rally for the year ahead. We created the week to build on our annual Athleta Quest, a tradition we’ve held since 2006 where we invite employees to step away from their day-to-day schedules and immerse themselves in our brand and culture. This year’s Athleta Week was filled with inspiration, connection and brand energy. We gathered to hear from our leadership team and set the stage for the year ahead, and spent a full day dedicated to Athleta Quest. This year’s Quest kicked off with a keynote from Emily Abbate, 12x marathoner and host of the Hurdle podcast, who shared about her personal experience in overcoming hurdle moments before welcoming four of our incredible Power of She Collective members — Monique Billings, Natalie Coughlin, Heather O'Reilly and Katie Zaferes — to the stage for a panel discussion. Following the keynote, we broke into 13 different “Choose Your Own Adventure” activities led by Emily, our Power of She Collective members and local female fitness instructors and entrepreneurs – including outdoor yoga, guided intention setting, a sound bath, a soccer clinic, pickleball and more – allowing our team to fully live our brand and reconnect with one another. As we reflect on the week, we’re energized by the spirit of connection and grateful for all our employees that help us progress toward our shared mission of empowering women and girls through movement every day. #athleta #athletaweek #powerofshe
