When looking for an AI solution to help streamline hiring, there are three tiers when it comes to how much value you’re getting for the solution: ✍️ Notes: This is your standard AI note-taker. While this is extremely useful, it just transcribes what is being said in the interview and doesn’t go any deeper into helping recruiters increase their efficiency. With that in mind, we view this as a low-value solution. 🧾 Summarization: This takes the notes a little bit further by providing an overview of what was said in the interview. A more medium-value solution, summarization saves recruiters time by not having to read through everything provided by the AI interview note-taker, but it still doesn’t turn the conversational data into something really useful for recruiters. 🧠 Insights and Decision Support: This takes note-taking and summarization to the next level by actually providing insights and decision support to help recruiters make better hiring decisions based on the role they are hiring for and the candidate interview. With this, a lot of care needs to be taken to filter out AI hallucinations, contradictions, and subjective statements to boost accuracy and consistency.
