Rewards Program Policy

A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    Returns:
All requests for returns and/or exchanges must be made via Fashiongo "CHAT WITH VENDOR" within 3 days of receipt of merchandise for store credit only. Any items notified after the 3 days will not be eligible for a return. All items returned for any reason must have original packaging with full pack quantity of items. Returns must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed. Merchandise returned with missing original packaging or those returned after 3 days will have a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns with no RMA will be sent back. We can provide return shipping label for any merchandise received incorrectly. All other returns will have to be done with customer’s own shipping label. We cannot be held responsible for tracking those items. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable (Including all refused and unaccepted packages). All clearance items are final sale.

Damaged Items:
For any damages, written message via Fashiongo "Chat with vendor" must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. Items damaged must not be worn or washed. After the 3 days, Reborn J. can no longer be held responsible. This 3 day policy is firm and no exceptions will be made. For damage returns, items must be in original packaging with full pack quantity of items. If you received any incorrect or damaged items, please send message via Fashiongo "Chat with vendor". We will get back to you promptly. 
1.  Include PO number and company name in your subject line
2. Style number, color, size and description of what is wrong
3. Picture of the area that is damaged
4. Picture of the care label (has style number on it)


Pre-order items:
The dates on the pre-order items are estimated shipment dates. They are subject to change without advanced notification but you can always view the most current date in your order history section. Please message us via Fashiongo "Chat with vendor" if you have any questions regarding pre-order items. 

On-hold items:
Orders that have status of On-hold means the items are held for you while awaiting arrival of other items that you’ve ordered. We do this for items that arrive at our warehouse within 3 days of one another so they can be combined into one shipment. If item arrival times are farther than 3 days, we will ship the merchandise as they are ready. The pre-order dates will give you an idea of which items can be shipped together but they are estimated dates so please be mindful of that. All On-hold items will be charged for the held items and shipping fee. When other items on your order become ready for shipment, we will charge for those items plus any difference in shipping cost.

In-stock items and pre-order items:
In stock items ordered before 3PM PST are shipped the same day unless put on hold (see on-hold items). If customer calls, emails or leaves a note in order to hold in stock items to ship pre-order items together, in-stock items will be charged with shipping fee and will be marked as Fully Shipped in Fashion Go to comply with Fashion Go requirements. When pre-order items arrive, paid held items will be shipped together and shipping fee will be re-calculated accordingly. Shipping in stock items may be delayed during peak season.

Cancellation Policy

    If an order cancellation is necessary, a written request via Fashiongo "CHAT WITH VENDOR" must be made before any order can be cancelled. Items already in transit for shipment cannot be cancelled.
