A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    •	Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date you received your purchase including damaged items.
•	Items must be in their original state and condition and in their original packaging. 
•	Returns must include the return order form, invoice and any other form of proof of the order.  
•	All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless stated otherwise by La Miel.
•	Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of returned items. 
•	We reserve the right to reject a return claim upon review.
•	Damage related items are subject to receive store credit.
•	A restocking fee of 5% will be deducted for all returns and 20% for returns that are not in their original packaging. 
•	For all return inquiries please email us at lamielreturns@gmail.com. 
•	General inquiries email us at lamielwholesale@gmail.com.
•	Shipping charges applied to the original purchase are non-refundable. 
•	We currently do not offer exchanges. 
•	Shipping costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless determined otherwise by La Miel.

Cancellation Policy

    Due to extremely high demand and limited availability, orders unpaid or credit card declined within 24 hours may be subjected to automatic cancellation. The client is responsible for cancelling any orders.
