I had a ongoing monthly fee for cell phone coverage through Asurion, having paid in for 3 years and 2 months via Amazon when I tried to make a claim on a cracked screen. I was given the runaround by both Asurion and Amazon with unlimited hours wasted online and on the phone with reps. A repair NEVER was provided.
