phone was broken, claim was eventually paid. Monthly charge continues without any way to cancel it.

4 calls to asurion and amazon. They confirm plan is "terminated" - yet befuddled on why they cannot turn off the $7.99 every month. There's not even a phone to protect any longer- they took it.

Now I get to call customer services over and over and over again to at least try to refund the charge they cannot stop.

They'll get you your money with enough hassle, but they certainly will not make it easy.

EDIT. one year later.

Still being charged. they still "cant stop the monthly charge"
