Asurion DOES NOT REPLACE THE PHONE WE PURCHASED (MOTO Z 4 UNLOCKED) WE WANT OUR MONEY REFUNDED ON THIS TRANSACTION. THEY DO NOT, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT FOR THIS PHONE SO WE WERE SOLD A PRODUCT THAT IS NOT ACCURATE. THEY DO NOT INSURE THIS PHONE. THEY WILL PROVIDE YOU A LOT OF OTHER VERSIONS, BUT!!!! THEY DO NOT INSURE OR REPLACE UNLOCKED PHONES. IF YOU GET INSURANCE THRU ASURION AND YOUR PHONE WAS AN UNLOCKED PHONE, YOU CAN NOT GET IT REPLACED UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO ACCEPT A LOCKED VERSION.
