So far so good in terms of functionality, it connects well to local mobile service provider (internet as well as audio calls) .screen resolution is as per specs together with other features. Appearance really good for a renewed product and I'm pleased with it . scratches are minimal , the photos speak for themselves. Its a good buy for a Samsung flip phone 5g !

I purchased two renewed Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 from the Amazon renewed store (the supplier was Bayshine Trading) at the end of last year and at first glance they seemed perfect but, on the first one, after a few weeks, I realized that my interlocutor wasn't hearing me well and I discovered that the main microphone was faulty, fortunately I was still within the warranty period and the supplier refunded me. The second Samsung, which I had rarely used since it arrived, every now and then when I opened the screen it would go dark and I had to briefly push the power button to turn it back on, at first, even reading the various forums, I thought it was due to a software problem and that with some subsequent updates, it was fixed but, unfortunately, this was not the case and in the end the problem became much more frequent (now it happens about once in two) and neither the supplier nor Amazon seem willing to replace the phone or to refund me, so be careful when buying renewed phones from the Amazon store because, in my experience, 2 out of 2 were defective and the warranty period sometimes does not protect you from certain types of failure, making you lose your money !!

Pero en mi caso muy mal, la pantalla no funcionaba como debería de ser, fallaba al abrir el celular a veces si encedia y otras no, en lo estético pésimo, ni siquiera estaba limpio, se notaban las marcas de suciedad en la pantalla de que le quitaron la mica, además estaba todo golpeado, rayado, se notaba el uso mínimo de 2 años sin cuidados, el modo flexible super sueve era muy fácil cerrarlo y abrirlo con una mano, la verdad muy decepcionante. Viene en una caja equis con un cargado genérico y la herramienta para sacar chip (nuevos).
Tuve que hacer el reembolso, por esa parte esta bien fue por DHL,llego rápido por lo que la devolución llego completa a mi tarjeta en 2 días en total desde que comencé el proceso de reembolso fue de menos de 2 semanas lo malo es que tuve que ir a dejarlo, ver la empresiones, llamar al banco y es perdida de tiempo. La verdad para mi no lo vale. Ahí su criterio.
