I had a few questions when I received my phone. I contacted the seller and they answered very promptly and very considerably. I would highly recommend this company. They were very kind patient and understanding. Also the product seems to be very good and in great shape. I am very happy that I went with them and purchased my phone. I'm absolutely in love with it . So far so good . I dont expect to have any problems and I don't believe I will. If I do im sure they'll handle it if any
