***UPDATE***
So I got it to charge using my old charger and the one that came with the phone is being tossed in the trash.
It works well just like new and I really enjoy the phone.
HOWEVER, I did not like having to deep clean it as best as I could to get the crud out of the creases.
But for the most part pretty content with the phone.

I just got the phone today and I bought the refurbished phone in EXCELLENT condition, or so I thought. Upon opening the box, the phone was very dirty. I will have to go and detail clean it myself from the crust in the creases left by the previous owner.
Also, it was not remotely charged so I am having to wait until it charges somewhat to see if it actually works at all. I have also noticed some scratches and dents along the charging port and edges that should not be visible from 12 inches away (per the description by Amazon for excellent condition).
I will update when the phone finally charges and turns on.
