I had ordered this phone from another seller but there was a display issue, returned it and purchased this one and I have 0 regrets / complaints. Battery life is amazing and there is hardly any noticeable physical wear on the phone. It also came with a Samsung fast charger and cable.

Good phone, but arrived so dirty I almost sent it back!
The phone arrived in very condition with minimal visible wear, but I was having problems charging it. The plug kept falling out of the charging port constantly, which made charging very difficult and lengthy. I was about to return the phone to the seller when someone suggested that I try cleaning the charging port. I pulled out plugs of dirt, lint, and hair that were apparently the source of the problem (see pictures). Now the phone charges just fine. It would have been nice if the seller could have taken care of cleaning the phone properly before sending it to me. Other than that, I have no issues and am satisfied with my purchase.

I bought 3 samsung galaxy s21 ultras and were in great condition. Very minor scratches but for the price it's worth it, no major scratches. Will definitely buy again

Respecto a la nueva regulación de Samsung en México de mandar una notificación a los celulares adquiridos en el mercado gris, a mi por el momento no me ha llegado nada, y espero que no me llegue, si llegara a pasar voy a actualizar esta reseña.

Después de 3 meses de uso, puedo dar mi reseña en cuanto al celular.
Cuando llegó el teléfono se encontraba en excelentes condiciones, yo diría que un 9.5 de 10, ya que traía algunos rayones en el marco, lo cual es normal por uso y con una funda ni se nota, respecto al vidrio de la pantalla este traía un rayón, pero afortunadamente era muy pequeño y no afectaba a la pantalla ni el funcionamiento, con una mica se evita que se raye más.
Respecto al hardware me llegó tal cual se pidió, de 256 Gb, 12 Gb de Ram, negro y completamente funcional en las cámaras, bocinas, micrófonos, sensores, redes, carga inalambrica, etc. Respecto a la vida de la batería, con la aplicación Acu Battery, se determinó que llegó con un 87% de vida, lo cual consideró es una buena vida, aunque a veces siento que cuando se le demanda mucho uso, su batería se acaba rápido apesar de ser de 5,0000 mAh. Al ser reacondicionado y no saber que le hicieron, no me atrevo a ver si aun es sumergible.
Llegó con un cable, cargador y pin para extraer la bandeja sim, pero como no se ven de buena calidad, seguiré usando mis propios cables y cargadores originales de Samsung, esos los tendré de reserva.
En general es un super equipo, no estoy nada arrepentido de la compra ya que prácticamente llegó como nuevo, y no tuve ninguna restricción en México con la tarjeta SIM de mi proveedor (AT&T también se probó con Telcel y funcionaba bien).
El equipo fue comprado con Chubbies Tech, el cual al leer varias reseñas, se recomendaba hacerlo con el y no fue una decepción.
