Good screen protector

I learned after I bought these that our Samsung phones have Gorilla Glass (7.5 on hardness scale or something close) and frankly don't need screen protectors. My wife is hard on her phones so I decided to process her new phone first and added a screen protector anyway. The installation was the easiest of any I have installed. The instructions don't tell you this but a dab of soapy water on the sticky side of the protector will allow you to slide it around for a few seconds before it attaches to the glass. Just don't use too much. A drop or two of dish detergent in a bowl of water will do. Just smear a bit on the back side, install, and squeegee any air out. It might take a few days to get smaller bubbles out. I had several large air bubbles that are working their way out. NOTE: My phone has been unable to completely recognize my fingerprint in biometrics during several tries but I will continue trying. I have added a 4 digit security code and face scan instead. There is some glare since this is a gloss material but these are the best screen protectors I have ever purchased.

I mainly purchased this due to the unbeatable price (especially for a glass protector, which I'd prefer). I figured if they didn't last long, I wouldn't be out much money and could try something else.
Turns out this has so far been an excellent purchase!
There was no template to assist with installation and I was a bit concerned about that initially. Instead, the screens use a 3 piece tape system that I was skeptical about, but turned out to work very well. There's enough tape strips, cloths, and alcohol pads to support installing all 3 screens as needed.
I did follow the instructions and had no issue installing the screen protector with no bubbles or any issues.
It's only been about a month since I put the 1st screen protector on, but it's shown absolutely no signs of wear so far, no bubbles forming, no scratches, no peeling, nothing. Granted, I haven't dropped the phone or anything either, but nonetheless, I expect this protector to hold up well. Plus, once it does give out, I've got 2 others to replace it with.

I'd have no qualms in recommending these screen protectors and buying them again for sure!

Does not support fingerprint reader (Update: It works)

Clear, nice, easy to install.

But it will not support the fingerprint scanner. Once installed it would not let me unlock my phone. I went and redid the scanning, but still could not read properly. I had to peel it and re-scan my biometrics so it would work again. Could not make it (the reader with the protector applied) work, the protector was installed for as long as I tried make it work and not a minute longer. I have two free spares if anyone wants to try it!

EDIT two days later: I decided to give the shield a second try. I set the phone's fingerprint reader to "Increase Touch Sensitivity" under [Settings>Display>Touch Sensitivity] and then I went to [Settings>Security and privacy>Biometrics>Fingerprints>Check added fingerprints] and I kept trying my registered fingertips until they started getting recognized again. I was an interesting exercise, and now it is working fine. Not sure if it was because the protector was getting better attached, or the reader was re-scanning my prints or what, but now it works.

After getting it to work, I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it any time.

I redid the fingerprint learn/scan on my phone, and it works fine now, with no issues. It really was easy to place, too. Make sure to use the dust sticker. I forgot and wasted one...oops.

This glass is the best! To me it has less glare than the expensive other brand I got and is way more durable. I'm pretty sure the scratch resistance is better as well, because I know my keys have hit it several times and still no marks. The only thing that would make this product better is to have an installation tray. If your not familiar with putting on protectors without trays then it might take some getting used to. And the last thing to say is I feel it could be just a little bit wider.

I cannot joke enough, the sheer amount of times that I've dropped my phone is honestly embarrassing. But this screen protector combined with the otter phone case has thankfully kept my phone safe and sound!

This screen protector is honestly a life saver. I've dropped my phone on the concrete, or even worse, the road, several times, and every time, my phone is perfectly fine, not a scratch on the screen despite falling straight down!

One thing I will warn, is that after a while, some scratches are noticeable. I don't know if it's because I have longer nails, or if I'm tapping too hard, but scratches do pop up occasionally. You can generally see your phone screen with no issue, but just be aware of this :)

This screen protector came well packed with 3 temper glass screen protectors, 3 microfiber cleaning cloths, 3 sets of stickers to remove dust.

The value for the product was great, the product was easy to use however I have a much harder time with the screen unlocking with the finger print scanner. Prior to the installation I never had an issue with my last screen protector which was plastic in material however thinner which I believe is why I never had any issues.

I would recommend the product with the caveat that you may lost some functionality with the screen under certain circumstances such as what I have experienced.

Does not fully cover the screen so it feels like if you're not careful you can scratch the sides of screen (but screens nowadays are tough anyway). I'm sure it is user error on my end but it took me the second screen to apply correctly because the first screen had air bubbles no matter how carefully I cleaned and applied it.

Fingerprint reader works but is finnicky so it might take you 1-3 tries before it reads properly and you may need to press on the screen slightly harder to get it to scan your fingerprint.

Nope on the anti-glare at least compared to just the screen itself it is very shiny/reflective.
