What a miracle! So easy compared to clunky old gas ones! So nice that you can run it slow speed or fast at push of button. I don't know why anyone complained not much string? I live on 25 acre horse farm and I've had plenty! But I will invest in second battery, because mine wears out before I do! A longer run time is necessary for me, but normal users it is terrific! I have several other Ego tools I also just LOVE and would recommend to anyone!

Missing parts promised to be replaced immediately. Two weeks is too long to wait for missing parts. Amazon and Embie have lost credibility as well as Quality control issues. Will be calling EGO to report lack of quality control. I own 2 exceptional EGO products: lawnmower and leaf blower. I can't even use the weed eater for 2 weeks since receiving because one bolt was missing from box. Seems like Amazon doesn't care and Embie has real lack of Quality Control.
