I absolutely love the size and maneuverability of the trimmer. The weight is perfect and the length is adjustable. I had a problem with the wheels maintaining its angle so it needed to be replaced. The company replaced the product immediately which is great! Now I need to put the new one together and send the old one back, which certainly takes a bit of my time, but the most important point is, they took care of the problem immediately. This product is well worth the money and the ease of use. I will know more about durability when I’ve had the trimmer all summer. Thanks for stepping up to support your product!
I was unable to check on the status of my claim on line, website did not work and directed me to chat with someone on line. After I submitted my claim, they wanted the product returned and I had to find a box to send it back. Then I was unable to print the return label and again had to chat with someone to get the label. After returning the product it was 6 days (Including a Weekend)after they received the product before I got my finally got my payment and again I had to chat with someone to finally get paid. The only thing I can say is the chat on line was very responsive but the website claim portal never worked and I had to push through my payment with follow up chats. This whole process took about 3 weeks.
Asurion is a nationwide leader in extended warranty products. The only downside is when you try to file a claim online - I've never had an instance where it "didn't" kick the claim back with a statement that I needed to contact the "seller" to see if the product was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Needless to say, the manufacturer's warranty was only 90 days and this was a year into a two-year extended warranty. Furthermore, the seller and the product had vanished off Amazon. On the initial denial/kick back screen, Asurion gave me no # (for them) so I could f/u with them. There's no further instructions on the screen that pops up. Nothing. I saved the screen in-case that anyone thinks I'm incorrect. As a consumer, I felt as I was in an eternal limbo. It wasn't until I reached out through Amazon's "report a problem" with a seller, that I got an immediate response from Asurion. From there I was given a phone # to call and the process was SUPER easy. Why couldn't it be that easy from the start? I don't know. But in the end, Asurion did right by me/my family and I'm good with them.
