These are great organizer folders. Many of my files are now paperless. But if you have something where you need to keep track of handouts, meeting minutes, or conversation logs… this is. It. A great place to keep all the working parts of your project in one spot… and filed when not in use. I do reuse these when I archive a project or file. You will need the special hole punch that matches the spindles to keep everything securely in place. I am currently acting as secretary for a non-profit board of Trustees, and I am using these to keep everything neatly in one place.

All 10 files had same tab as well, (should be right, middle and left) as if they were taken out of larger order. Disappointed, but again this was first time this had happened 🙁
