Bargain price too
used galaxy buds live for 2 years and these out rank them at 1/4 the price, amazing quality, great sound, loads of personalisation, couldn't recommend more !!! Great Buds !!!
Edit: after using them for around a week now I shall be returning for a refund, unfortunately there is a stuttering issue whilst listening to anything I e. Music, podcast, video, but not with phone calls for some strange reason, I have followed all troubleshooting multiple times and nothing fixes the issue nor does using them with other devices, the issue is still there. I will not be buying used again as this issue has been there from the start, if the item was tested when originally returned Amazon would have known the fault and should not have re-sold them. Bearing all that in mind I shall be purchasing a new and not used pair of buds (unfortunately the orange ones) as they are good espe6for the price, hopefully they will not suffer with the same issue.
Edit - this is the first time I have had to use Evri (only option available) to return a product, I don't know if it because of Evri or because it was bought as a used item but the return process is so long and the date for the refund has been moved during the process and has been made longer. I never had that issue when returning an item via Royal Mail as I would get my refund the same day Royal mail had taken receipt of package. I won't be purchasing this item from Amazon, I have purchased from another company due to this refund process.

In terms of fitment they're OK - less secure than my Pixel Buds A series but not falling out. They need a smaller tip size to be included.
The noise cancelling is reasonable - not market leading but good enough to quieten down the Tube so I can listen to a podcast!
But the whole product is let down by one thing: they are not Google Assistant compatibile. You can configure them to open the voice assistant, but that just opens it on the phone, not the audio version through the buds themselves. This is not how Google assistant approved devices work - you get a tone in your ear and can issue commands. This version is rubbish as it just means your phone is woken up and listening from your pocket. Making calls or skipping a set amount of time through your podcast thus requires taking your phone out when it needn't.
I emailed their support who apparently ignored what I wrote and told me again how to configure a voice assistant to one of the buttons. I have already done this and said so in my email. It's so frustrating when companies use support agents who don't properly read complaints.

But the left earbud wasnt working properly, suddenly the volume went low, like 1% of the volume of the right bud, and CMF support told me to return the earbuds.
My other headphones work great, so nothing wrong with my devices.
Bought them for a trip and had to return them just before departure, so i dont have time have new ones delivered...
