Quite happy with this pair of earbuds after trying a few. I didn't want to spend loads of money in case I lose them while travelling. I love the aesthetics, it's a nice off white and the case is quite nice, not your usual glossy case, but a nice feel to it. Glad that I am supporting a London company. Oh and I had a great experience with customer service, they were always very responsive and followed up my queries - I was having problems with dual connection.
