This thing is a champ, super fast connection speed and not one connectivity issue since it was set up around six months ago. This is a fantastic device that works extremely poorly until you manually update the drivers. It could absolutely not keep a connection for even a few seconds until I uninstalled the drivers, and then downloaded the most recent ones off the manufacturer's website and installed them myself.

Since I've done that, I've never lost connection, get the same speeds I would if I was on a wired connection, and the signal strength is excellent. This is the first wireless adapter I've had that actually works well, very happy with the purchase!

I have windows 10 with more than 6 years old DEll PC.
I noticed that when watching online video, it becomes sluggish and halt time to time.
This product has a good review and sale so give a try.
Installation was simple. Plug in my USB 2.0 interface and put the included CD for driver, and just follows the instruction.
(Note: After installation, I need to disable old WIFI interface under "Windows Setting/Network & Internet/Change adapter options" to make use of new usb antenna.)
After that, the signal is getting better (and now I can also access 5GHz wifi signal) and video streaming is smooth, and no halt in video.
I just installed yesterday so no idea about robustness, but my wifi router is also TP-Link and no issue for more than 3 years, thus I have no worry now.
I would recommend this product if you are having problem with weak wifi signal reception.

Une fois installé, la performance de l'adaptateur était loin d'être à la hauteur des attentes. Malgré les promesses de vitesse accrue avec le WiFi 6, les débits étaient inconstants et souvent bien en deçà de ceux obtenus avec mon ancien adaptateur WiFi 5. Les pertes de connexion étaient fréquentes, surtout lors de l'utilisation d'applications nécessitant une bande passante élevée, comme le streaming vidéo en HD ou les jeux en ligne.
Rapport Qualité/Prix:

Compte tenu de tous ces problèmes, je trouve que le rapport qualité/prix de ce produit est très décevant. Pour un adaptateur annoncé comme étant de nouvelle génération et capable d'améliorer significativement la connectivité, les résultats sont loin des attentes.
Portabilité et Design:

Le design de l'adaptateur est un autre point faible. Il est plus volumineux que d'autres adaptateurs USB, ce qui le rend peu pratique à transporter. De plus, il a tendance à surchauffer après quelques heures d'utilisation, ce qui, je suppose, contribue aux problèmes de performance et de fiabilité.
En conclusion, je ne recommande pas le TP-Link AX1800 WiFi 6 USB Adapter for Desktop PC. Il existe de meilleures options sur le marché qui offrent une meilleure fiabilité, performance et facilité d'utilisation.

I bought this after using LB Link mini wifi dongle. It was working well. But I have a bad wifi connection and it frequently drops. After it got disconnected it take like 5 min to automatically connect or have to manually connect it. But TP link one automatically connects in 5 seconds after network failure, I checked this with my Thinkpad Laptop and now my desktop PC internet is much faster than the laptop. Websites loads much faster. But I found when you connect this to a 3.0 USB hub it has better and faster signals. Only complain is the feel of durability. It feels like cheap plastic and if you frequently plug and unplug it, it may break.
