This bulb connected faster than any other brand that I have purchased in the past. I have been struggling to reconnect a previously functioning Singled bulb, but to no avail. I finally gave up and decided to try this new Amazon basics brand. What a dream to connect! All I had to do was plug it in open my camera to the little piece of paper that was attached with the barcode and it was set up. Highly recommend. Honestly, I'm probably going to buy 10 more.

I got Echo 5th gen Alexa and came with this one bulb. I bought other bulbs brand to combine with this brand in pairs on my 2 hallway light fixtures, with 2 bulbs in each, but to make the 4 bulbs work together in parallel switches with Alexa I had to get help from an IT friend to figure out the two brands together. Don’t make the same mistake.

It no longer connects to Wi-Fi. We have several other smart bulbs that still work, but this one will not pair anymore. There is no way to get it to "/repeatedly" to repair it. We've tried everything including fast on off and using the barcode, it simply will not Pair anymore. And of course it's just past the one year warranty, although it stopped working properly over a month ago.
