Upon receipt of shredder, shredded some 100+ pages and it worked great. I made sure there were no staples and shredded some 4-5 pages at a time; shredder worked great and NO trouble feeding pages into it. The noise level was quieter than my previous shredder. Very pleased with it so far.

Although a bit noisier than more expensive models, it doesn't make too much noise and it is fast. The feature my husband loves the most is that it shreds paper in tiny bits rather than long stripes. It's good for people who will use it occasionnally.

This is a simple, low-priced, light duty paper shredder for those that don't have a lot of paper to shred. The footprint is small enough to keep it in my home office and plugged in and ready for use at all times. I had a larger shredder, but it was so large that I couldn't store it in my office and had to bring it upstairs to shred, then take it downstairs when finished. I also bought the lubrication and sharpening sheets with the shredder, so with any luck, it should last me for years. The shredder often goes on sale, so be patient and purchase it when the price is lowered.

I needed to replace a shredder I've had for 15 years or more and this one fit the bill. The price is reasonable and the features are all you need in a shredder. It easily shreds documents into small pieces which will take quite some time to fill up before I'll need to empty it. The clear window at the front of the bin is handy to see where the shredded paper levels are without having to take the top off. All-in-all I'm very happy with this purchase and I'm sure this will work well for years to come.

This shredder is fast, efficient and very maneuverable. Also, I love the fact that it is easy to empty; just lift off the shredding motor. My old machine has a door that needs to be opened. That door sticks shut whether it is over filled with paper, or even if the bin is only 1/2 full. Also, bits of paper stick in the blades of that machine. This machine doesn't have any of those issues. Also, I really like the price of this shredder.
