Upon opening the box I could tell the quality was present, given how the parts were packed and organized.
Mounting was relatively easy, with clear instructions and nicely labled pieces in individually packed plastic bags. Nothing is worse that sorting through a bag of parts looking for the proper screw (ala ikea).
The only snag I ran into while mounting was not related to the mount, but to how my outlet was located my wall. My outlet was smack center in the wall, resulting in it being covered by the solid middle part of the wall mount. The reason. For this is because I have horizontal studs above my fireplace. I took and extra step to move my outlet box over over so that is was accessible through the opening in the wall mount. Depending on the location of the location of the outlet and studs in your wall, you might not have this issue. For me, it was a quick fix, given my studs ran horizontal and allowed me to cut a bit of dry wall ans simply slide the outlet over a few inches.
Once mounted it held my 65" tv in place firmly. The post mounting adjustments for tilt and angle were really helpful. Doing was was easy too, since this mount extends outwards quite a bit.
I highly recommend this stand to others.

Everything was decently finished (no sharp edges) and powder coated flat black and was well packaged in the box.
1. Kit contains the wall mount base, 'arms' for the TV, assorted hardware for mounting both the TV to the arms (M6 and M8 screws in various lengths, plus some spacers) and the base to the wall, some velcro tie straps, and HDMI cable, and a cheap level.
2. First problem was the holes in the arms which mount on the TV didn't allow me to mount it in the height I wanted (so I could reuse the existing mounting holes). So I ended up having to move everything up about an 1:. Not the end of the world but somewhat annoying since I had to drill more holes in the wall.
3. Second problem - the base (which mounts to the wall) is in two pieces. The actual part that bolted to the wall has oval slots in it at various intervals with some left-right adjustment. This is fine except to span 16" stud on centre I ended up using every bit of available width. This also made it really difficult to screw the hex-head bolt in as the lip of the base interfered with the socket. They really need to add a little bit more width and wiggle room here. There's no template for mounting which would have been nice, and there's no allowance for vertical adjustment if you botch the drilling the bolt holes (you could use the included level but I'm not sure if I'd trust its accuracy)
4. Third problem - the second part of the base consists of two parallel horizontal bars which the arms on the TV clip into. These mount to the base via a rather flimsy pivot point that has two tiny Phillips screws holding it all together. These screws do double duty (along with gravity) in holding the TV onto the base and also serve as the limit for the horizontal tilt adjustment. Not only are they rather tough to access, but there's not a lot meat to hold them in place vs the non-trivial weight of the tv pvivoting on them; they can also only be accessed from behind when the TV is pulled out from the wall so it's a bit tricky to get the TV level and locked in (if you move it some give might throw it off or you might tip it slightly). As a note, the TV is held to the bars with a clip on each arm, and that is secured with a small screw; lateral adjustment is performed by sliding the screen left/right along the bars themselves.
4. Fourth problem - the up-down tile mechanism is also kind of wobbly and difficult to work with, consisting of 4 bolts which need to be tightened (again, you need the TV out from the wall to do this) Which makes adjustment difficult. My screen still has a slight downward tilt.
5. Fifth problem - even with everything mounted and dialled in the mount sits fairly proud of the wall. In my case the screen ends up 5.5" from the wall, with ~2.5" of that being the mount's stackup. I think you could just cut the drywall out and mount right to the studs for a more flush look. If you're looking for a super low-profile mount or have a super-thin screen this might not give you the look you want.
6. Install took my teenage son and I about 45 minutes and a moderate degree of cursing. You'll need a drill and drill bits, a few screwdrivers (all hardware is Philips head), measuring stuff, and strongly recommend an impact driver of ratchet/socket to bolt into studs (you could do it by hand but ouch)
It is solid but it doesn't feel really locked down due to the aformentioned tilting being touchy and hard to secure. For my purposes it's more of a one time annoyance since I won't be moving it very often, but it's you're planning on moving/pivoting it regularly I'd be concerned that it will get loose and hard to keep straight over time.
It's a good mount for the price but it feels like for an extra $5-10 it could have been *great* and not suffer from the annoyances I mentioned above.
For the price - it's OK. I think some locking washers might help secure the tilting and in my case the distance from the wall is fine for me
4. Third problem - the
