Perfect for teleconferencing!!!
This is awesome! Mine just arrived today and I've been playing around with it. I use it to attach my microphone to my Android phone. It has made telephone calls amazing! It does not interfere with the speakers at all; I was able to have my phone on speaker, listening through the phone's speakers and having my microphone pick up my voice on my end. The people on the other line heard me so clearly! This is going to make teleconferencing so much easier!

This is not a cheap product, and not priced low compared to others I've nearly purchased. I do think it's over-priced for a cable. For the price, it could've come with a micro-usb adapter/converter. The price is the reason for 4 stars and not 5.
With that said, the product has worked well without hiccups. It is of excellent quality especially at the joints that are usually flimsy and cause wire to bend and snap. It connects snugly to my phone's port. I used it with usb key to transfer and play large videos, and even connect Aukey's small SD/Micro SD usb key to my phone. Again, it worked great.

I highly recommend this cable in terms of quality and function, but Amazon's price point is high.

Update Aug 2020: This cable is working as intended, still strong. Wires haven't loosened or ripped.

I’m using this with my iPhone 15 pro max to transport video files to and from my phone. It’s great. I have had no issues with it an iOS and it seems to be usb 3.1 compatible like it claims. It’s extremely light and fits well in the type c port on my phone, although I feel like the cable bit is too short to be useful and I would’ve preferred a design without it. I was seriously considering a USB hub with SD and HDMI etc but there’s no point if you already have the type A adapters. Simply get this for your C port and plug in the A adapters. It works and it might not be the prettiest or finest materials but I’m happy.

This USB C to USB A converter lead works perfectly. The short amount of cable (about 2 inches/5 cm) means that the higher speed of the USB C socket on the computer isn't affected. It's well made and has enabled me to use a USB C socket on my computer for my Stream Deck (the Stream Deck has a USB A plug on it).

This may be labelled as an "Amazon Basics" item, but it's better quality than some other converter leads that I've used. My highest accolade is that if I ever need another one, I'll buy this one again.

Both the plug and socket also feel very robust. The USB C plug fits into the computer properly, and whatever I plug in to the USB A socket fits snuggly. Excellent all round.

Lo compré para una cosa y me ha servido para otra. A la hora de comprarme otro móvil y pasar todo lo del antiguo al nuevo me sugería poner el cable del antiguo pero todos los cables de los cargadores de móviles acaban en usb normal por lo tanto necesitaba algo asi y este adaptador me sirvió muy bien.
