Christmas Decorations Still Standing, Despite Winter Wind
Our decorative snowmen kept toppling over in the winter wind, until we placed a couple of these sandbags over the base of each snowman. We've had some pretty strong winds since then, but our snowmen have remained unmovable. Excellent product!

These are perfect for any C stand or hooks. Material feels sturdy. Big double zipper that unzips in opposite direction which is nice. Metal place in the center or both bags. Only thing I would improve is to have a less sturdy plate, when you stack these in two it wants to slide sideway off a C stand leg, you may have to angle it off a bit so they do not stack exactly on top. Overall cant beat the price for the quality.

For context, I work as a Gaffer and DP depending on shoots. I shoot a lot of outdoor commercials and music videos and I am surprised as to how they've been holding on considering their low price. I bought 8 just to test them out and I am surprised. I will buy a lot more!

Little tip, put a plastic bag inside you sandbags, it'll avoid having your van or car full of sand

I purchased these to use as weights on my light stands for a wedding I shot in Mexico. I loved that they came folded up so they were small and light weight to put in my camera bag. Once on site I was able to fill plastic freezer bags with sand. Each side has a double zipper to ensure that the "weight material" stays put. The straps and handles are quite thick so when the bag is full of sand or rocks it makes them easy to carry around. I only gave the product a 3 star rating as I don't know how they will hold up after a dozen or so uses.
