Bought these to match previous ones that were in my house when I bought it, they're the same size, but the wire is thinner. Went together fine, and seems as sturdy as my old one....however....it doesn't work the way I intended. I wanted to make it 4 cubes high, not in a square, but it's one panel short for that. Very disappointed, as I only realized it when I got it all together.

They are so easy to put together in whatever configuration works. If you have an older system, it works great with them too. Be careful that the panels are the same size though. I use zip ties to hold them together for a permanent fixture that gets a lot of use. I love these! They are excellent for storage.

I've been using this product for a couple months now. It was a bit difficult to put together but once I figured it out it went pretty quick. It has fallen apart on me several times now and is not very sturdy.
I would recommend hot gluing it together. Since doing this it is way more sturdy and doesn't fall apart at the slightest bump.
My only real complain is that it arrived missing one shelf

I have used this storage cage as extra storage as I have downsized and needed more room to store my baking equipment. Easy to build and I have laid on its side so instead of having it stand tall, its lying down under the edge of my island and have been able to store many of my small appliances that I use for cooking and baking.

I bought this hoping it would be a suitable display option for my pottery when doing sales.

a/ It takes forever to put together as the fit between grids and the fasteners is very tight.
b/ It takes a great deal of strength to construct
c/ It takes even more strength to disassemble
d/ good luck, the fasteners just flew across the room
e/ Now a fastener has broken because it just broke
f/ Each shelf holds 10 lbs but, the fasteners do not hold the grids securely and the shelves will become displaced.

Unless you are a college kid needing fast furniture, steer clear and if you are a college kid needing fast furniture, go grab some milk crates like I did in the 80's.

The quality of this product is very poor - it's cheap wire and plastic connectors. That being said, it is perfect for a low budget closet organizer. I use this for clothes that I seldom use, thus the cubes are not jostled or moved around much. I also would not put anything heavier than clothes.
The cheap wire squares are not completely uniform in size, which makes assembly somewhat imperfect because they must be connected at the corners, and sometimes they are not long enough to fully meet in a corner... Turns out that is ok! With this in mind I had no trouble with assembly. I think that some of the people who struggled to put this product together tried to click the square into every connector all the way - impossible with the quality.

I like how you can build it to fit your space. I needed something under my stairs where its crazy messy and holds everything my garage used to, untill i moved to a house without one. Hence the messy MESSY photo. It has managed to tuck under the stairs in a space I couldn't use because of the slanted shape. It holds ALOT of stuff. Carpet cleaners, tools and random stuff i dont need often. I am looking forward to having a she'd build, so I can neatly place boxes/ jars in each cube and have it looking neat and tidy. When that happens I think ill buy another and build it like the picture to sit next to it. It is strong, as when I first built it up (alone) my 4 year old used it as a climbing frame and it didn't budge. It was easy to put together and was delivered really quickly. My husband would like a set to hang on the wall in his cabin to keep his motor bike helmets in too. So I will re order more, if a deal comes up on them. I do feel they should be a little bit cheaper as there isn't much to it, material wise. And since I built it, effort wise too. But overall I'm pleased with how it fits, how you can change the shape, make it the size you need and how you can buy more to attach to it. It is simple but good. It took me maybe 5 minutes to put together so was pretty simple to build. I think a rubber hammer would be handy to make it easier again to build, but I managed by just bashing it with my hands. It's good, easy storage. Nothing flash but it works. I think its worth about £20, no more. I'll keep a eye on it coming up with a discount before I buy more.
