Deepu, 10 Jul 2024One of the worst mobile ever used is POCO series. The worst mobile ever used in my household was the Samsung A51 owned by my mother in law. Starting with wifi connection issue, then reboot loop and finally diagnosed as motherboard failure just 2 months after 1 year warranty ended. Cost of changing motherboard is not worth it bcos higher than value of the phone. And the service center cant guarantee motherboard wont fail again after replacement.

Xiaomi gave additional warranty of 12 months and some got replacment to newer model too, but only if it was not more than 2 year old or some date they set.

It makes sense, they cut costs for these small things to pass savings onto the consumer and get a cheap phone. Anyways I still luckily was paying a small price for insurance for the poco, they actually gave me more for the phone than I paid for it, as I got it from a seller that sources phones from HK (Xiaomi UK site likes to list old items at day 1 RRP even if not sold anymore) and I used the money to get a 13 Ultra and the hardware has had zero issues, I think I would rather avoid Pocos for now although they've gotten better.
CamoGeko-XDA, 11 Jul 2024Stop lying 🤣🤣🤣 Nobody believes you anyway.Whats there to believe? He might have had one of the poco with dead motheroboard problem like x3 pro.

Deepu, 10 Jul 2024One of the worst mobile ever used is POCO series. Not quite. Fantastic price - performance ratio and there's no way to deny it. I've had my f3 for 2 1/2 years it's still running like a beast. Considering I paid less than £200 when I got it and it's gone this long....

Another dumb a... moreLooks like you are just arguing for arguing's sake bcos you clearly dont understand the context of pricing and product placement. To understand how pointless your argument is, please read user review above. That's real user that knew what they are buying the Redmi Pad Pro/Poco Pad for.
You can continue being the armchair critic that complain about everything and calling others names, while having ego fragile. At least some people can get laughs at reading your childish complaining.
I've used the Redmi Pad Pro for a few weeks, and since Poco Pad is a rebrand of it let me mention my experience with it. No comparisons with tablets twice the price of it, no delusions or wishlists and definitely useless criticism by a non-owner.
Pros:
- Large (12.1") and vibrant screen
- Sound output is good
- Has SD card slot (I am using 512GB SD card on 128,GB internal memory)
- Has 3.5mm card slot (which I don't use ATM)
Cons:
- Quite bulky
- Battery can drain quite quickly when running multiple apps continuously
Before deciding on buying Redmi Pad Pro, I looked around for available options, such as tablets from Samsung, Vivo, Honor, Alldocube, Lenovo, Lenovo, Apple, Oneplus and Xiaomi pad series. After considering the various screen size, battery capacity and so on, I finally decided on Redmi Pad Pro due to:
1) Familiarity with Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco OS and devices - I own 3 smartphones, 2 tablets, and recommended 7 smartphones to 4 close friends and family over several years, and no one has mentioned major issues. My oldest smartphone and tablet from around 6 years ago are still working well on a daily basis.
2) Price Vs Value - Not many devices, even the cheaper ones, nowadays still have SD card slots or 3.5mm plug. Yes, this device might not have many of the better features like UFS 3.0, Bluetooth 3 and so on, but given the price, I've already decided it is non-essential. In fact, I was thinking if I need that function I might as well get a much pricier model but with all the features I want. Value differs from user to user based on desired feature, and I would say the Redmi Pad Pro is high on value for me.
3) The purpose of getting a new tablet (when I already have a Xiaomi Pad 4 Plus, is mainly for entertainment and to do some typing here and there. However, it obviously won't replace a laptop because I need sufficient power for my various programming-related apps. I've always wondered why people expect tablets to function as laptops, when the OS is the main issue. And ignoring Windows Surface, since that seems to be one of their focus for recent OS.

Another dumb a... more'People spend money to get more features, there are many other tablets with more features (GPS, 5G, etc.) for insignificant price different. No need to defend, except if you are one of those elementary schooler.'
Why don't you drop their names and their prices? I'm gonna bet they don't have sd card+jack combo or, just like the Legion Y700 2020, no cellular connectivity as well.
Ufs 2.2 holds this back, and is a deal breaker for me.
Should be at least 3.1.
Is a 2.2 chipset really so much cheaper to Warren such performance hit?
