Happy with the product, less happy with the way of getting it
So far no complaints about the product. However, I find the purchasing process somewhat intransparent. Admittedly, there is no mention of free shipping, but neither is there any clear indication of the shipping cost.
Most bothersome I found the complete lack of choice for the logistics provider and, frankly, annoying surcharge for home delivery. I understand very well the reasoning for disincentivising individual deliveries. My wish would be to have the freedom of choice - with transparent information on shipping times - to be able to choose a carrier that has a drop off point near me. In my case I rather paid the surcharge rather than face the inconvenience of having to travel around 35 minutes one way to the next drop off point.
Finally, I find the pricing of spare parts and accessories somewhat strange. "Essential" accessories, e.g. screen protector and case, are prices quite steeply while screen replacements are relatively cheap. I suppose every business has to make money somewhere.
