Thank you for shopping at realme Online store (www.realme.com/in). realme online store is operated  by Realme Mobile Telecommunications (India) Private Limited, a company incorporated in India having its registered office at 3rd Floor, Tower B, Building Number 8, DLF Cyber City, Gurugram-122002, Haryana, India (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “our” or “realme”).

Customer purchasing any product or using any of the services provided through realme online store, will subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and conditions applicable to such product/ service. By placing an order or making purchase at realme online store, you agree to the terms set forth below along with realme Privacy Policy and User Agreement.. We reserve the right to update  Terms and Conditions, and by continuing to use the site, you agree to any changes made by us. This grants you a limited privilege to use the site as long as you comply with the terms.

  1. Orders
  • Order Acceptance/Confirmation: realme may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel orders. Once we receive your order, we will provide you an email with the order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify realme acceptance of order nor does it constitute confirmation of offer to sell. We reserve the right to accept or decline orders for any reason after receiving them. If an order is cancelled after receipt of payment, the billed amount will be refunded. To place an order, visit the Realme online store https://www.realme.com/in/ add products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and choose your payment method. Upon processing and preparing your order for shipping, you'll receive a Shipment Notification through Email and SMS, typically within 24 hours for in-stock items.
  • Order Cancellation: realme online store makes every effort to supply the Products listed in your Order Confirmation. However, in some situations, we reserve the right (at our sole discretion) to decline, reject or limit your order, for various reasons including,

(1) the item is no longer in stock;

(2) the item is no longer being produced;

(3) there is a price fluctuation;

(4) Inaccuracies or errors in Product or pricing information.

(4) the shipping address within India is invalid or wrong or incomplete;

(5) the payment for the order is unsuccessful;

(6) a third Party notifies realme online store that cancellation is necessary;

(7) products you have ordered are for commercial resale and not for self-consumption;

(8) multiple items ordered at the same address or using the same mobile number or e mail address;

(9) bulk quantity of items ordered;

(10) any malpractice used to place the order; or

(11) any other criteria as deemed fit by realme.

For all above scenarios, if we decides to decline or cancel your order, we will inform you of the cancellation and promptly refund the amount you paid for the order. Unless there are violations of applicable national law, the refund represents the extent of our liability for a cancelled order.

  • Order Refund and Returns/Replacement: Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned. The same applies, even if the box is sealed. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please connect with our Customer Service team at orders.in@realme.com within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
  1. Price and Offer

We reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at realme online store at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. For the usage of realme coins, please refer to the Terms of Use of realme coins (www.realme.com/in/legal/coins), along with this Terms of Sale, which is hereby incorporated into these Terms of Sales.

All prices are in Indian Rupees and unless specified otherwise, include all applicable taxes and standard delivery charges. All promotional prices are final prices and cannot be clubbed with other existing promotional offers. Offers, prices, specifications and availability may change or be withdrawn without notice.

If you are paying for your order with an international credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.

  1. Payment and Payment methods

We offer various payment methods as mentioned below.

A) Credit Card or Debit Card.
B) EMI- EMI options will automatically appear at checkout if the items in your bag qualify and your card is from an eligible bank.
C) Net Banking-We accept Net Banking payments from most banks throughout India.
D) UPI-When selected at checkout, you can either enter your UPI ID or scan a QR code to authorize the payment on your UPI mobile app. Maximum payment limits may apply based on your bank.

If you are paying by credit card, when you submit your order, we may block up to the total amount of the order on your credit card in case we do not receive authorisation from your credit card issuer. We will inform you about the same so that you can provide us with another payment method. Your credit card will be charged once we accept your order.We reserve the right to verify the identity of the credit card holder by requesting appropriate documentation.All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.

  1. Shipping and Delivery
  • Order Fulfilment: The orders will be shipped by our authorised delivery partner to address provided in the shipping address field at the time of placing the order. We will not be responsible for any delay caused out of incorrect shipping address entered at the time of placing the order. You can place orders for any of the products listed on the realme online Store. We reserve the right to refuse to execute any transaction/s in accordance with terms of sale as mentioned herein.

  • Shipping: The standard delivery is free of charge for any order exceeding a certain amount. For orders below or Rs. 500, shipping fees will apply. Each item in your order will ship as it becomes available. Orders will not be accepted and products will not be delivered to any address outside of the covered delivery PIN codes in India. Please check your delivery PIN code is covered before ordering.
  • Product Receipt and Acceptance Confirmation Process: Please ensure that you inspect the product as soon as you accept it from our authorised delivery partner. In case of any physical damage to the outer or inner packaging, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery receipt document. we reserve the right to withhold refund/replacement of the damaged product if you fail to put a note about the nature of damage on the courier receipt confirmation slip. In case of any damage to the actual product, you are required to inform our customer care within 24 hours of receipt of the product post which we shall not be liable in any manner for refund/replacement against the damage or any product related issues.
  • Delivery Errors: If we make an error by delivering the incorrect product and/or quantity to you, we will provide you with the correct product and/or quantity and will arrange return or collection of the incorrect product at no cost to you. Please contact with our Customer Service team at orders.in@realme.com to arrange for return of the product.
  • Product Damaged/Defective on Arrival: If the product delivered to you has obvious damage on its packaging or upon opening the packaging you discover that the product has sustained physical damage, please contact us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. You will also be required to provide us with proof of purchase and any delivery documentation. We reserve the right to inspect the product and verify fault on return. You are required to return the faulty product to us for assessment and the product must be returned in good condition with documentation and original accessories intact, along with proof of purchase, the original packaging materials, original brand box, shipping label and packaging slip. We will notify you of our assessment within a reasonable period of time. If a product is found to be faulty, you are entitled to have the product repaired, replaced or a refund in accordance to your rights under law. All refunds will be made via the payment method used for the original transaction. If we reasonably determine after inspection that the product is not faulty, or if the fault is caused by you, or is a fault that is not covered under the product warranty, we reserve the right to refuse a refund, replacement or repair and to charge you the cost of collecting the product from and returning it to you plus any costs of inspecting the product.
  • Warranty: All products included on or otherwise made available to you on realme online store shall be covered by standard product warranty. It is responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest authorized service centre and bring the unit to the authorized service centre at customer's cost.

We will process, store and use personal information collected from you or on our behalf from your transaction on the online Store. We may disclose or share your personal information with the third party service providers whom we work with in the course of our business including customer support, delivery, security, financial and legal advisory, banking, payment processing, credit reporting, fraud checks, data storage, information processing, order tracking, or law enforcement agency for compliance purposes or to assist with investigations.
