COMPANIES TAKE NOTE: NEW SURVEY SHOWS MAJORITY OF YOUNG PEOPLE WON’T WORK IN STATES WITH ABORTION BANS. More information below on this newest survey, yet another example of what is made clear in other research: workers want to be employed by organizations who support #reproductive freedom, and that #recruiting reflects that as well. Yesterday, Generation Lab/CNBC released a new survey that surveyed 1,033 people between the ages of 18 and 34 on topics related to the job market, the economy, the 2024 presidential election, inflation concerns, and other big issues impacting young Americans. Researchers found that nearly two-thirds of respondents would “probably not” or “definitely not” live in a state that banned abortion. 45% of respondents said that they would “definitely reject” or “probably reject” a job offer located in a state where abortion is illegal. #talent #HR #recruiting #abortion #reproductivehealth https://lnkd.in/g-atcyRJ
