🔥DeepMind’s Veo: Revolutionizing Video Creation Veo by DeepMind is an advanced generative video model that creates high-quality 1080p videos over a minute long, capturing cinematic effects like time lapses and aerial shots. It offers creative control, understands natural language prompts, and maintains visual consistency across frames. Veo supports video editing and masked editing, making video production accessible to filmmakers, creators, and educators. The model builds on years of video generation research and includes safety features like watermarking with SynthID. ---- 🤖 Contact us if you made a great AI tool to be featured: https://lnkd.in/d5VZ-W8H #artificialintelligence #generativeai #aitools

Generative AI Could this be deemed as a deep fake? Fortunately, ChatGPT failed our first trial. This saved us time and money on NOT trying to adopt AI blindly. This confirmed that we are using our expertise/IP, a copyrighted multilingual metadata, to do what AI, like ChatGPT, can't do in data analytics NOW. Do you or any contacts of yours need our expertise/IP? Thanks. Metadata is an enabler. It's a digital content, NOT a technology. It's like a treasure map, curated by human for treasure hunting. Without metadata, NO data can be found/retrieved, even by the most advanced technologies, like AI, quantum computers, etc. https://lnkd.in/g-aJFnXR 關於 AI 人工智能的一些事實 (Chinese version): https://lnkd.in/eeVbdcza Some fact findings about AI (English version): https://lnkd.in/gwcPNUPP

SynthID offers impressive capabilities for watermarking and identifying AI-generated images, but it has some limitations worth noting. It doesn't watermark non-AI-generated images, such as photographs taken with a camera. While robust, the watermark may not withstand advanced manipulation attempts. Additionally, SynthID’s watermark doesn’t carry metadata about the image’s origin or creator, only indicating it was AI-generated. Compatibility is currently limited to specific models like Google’s Imagen, not extending across all AI image generation tools. Finally, SynthID doesn't enforce copyright or usage rights, highlighting the need for legal frameworks to manage the use and distribution of AI-generated content.

I don’t love this. Just because it may “appear” real to us, doesn’t mean it should be treated as if it’s real. A nature documentary created by AI for example would be dangerous as it could get movement, expression, behaviors, etc acutely wrong, thereby giving a false representation of how that thing/being acts. So as cool as it is, I don’t want it.

It is undoubtedly an achievement. However, in the contact area of the water with the skin of the face, the profile should have been specific to the surface tension of the water. Also, the rendering seems to show a liquid that is denser than water and not as transparent. But maybe I didn't manage to see the details well...

I just want to understand better, all of that content was AI generated?
