You'll prioritize developing both business relationships and a talent network by creating genuine & deep relationships.


As an Executive Recruiter at Hoxton Circle, you'll work closely with your business partners & colleagues to solve clients hiring needs and help them develop and scale their teams and departments. You'll take charge of the process and drive innovative ideas that make an impact.

We're looking for people who fit our values and have what it takes to elevate our business to new heights. As such, you don't necessarily need any recruitment experience. However, we are looking for individuals with a record of achievement, a strong work ethic, and a drive for excellence. Ideally, you will have 3+ years of work experience demonstrating loyalty and being well-tenured in your roles.

We operate on a hybrid, office, and work-from-home model. 3 days per week in our Santa Monica office.


Commissions are uncapped, with an OTE of $100,000 and much more beyond being quickly achievable.
