We are looking to establish a U.S office and distribution Facilities to service existing Customers and Grow our Sales in North America. We are seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead this project.
Title: President North America
Responsibilities include:
Establish (USA) Office - Location TBD.
Hire and manage staff to achieve organizational goals.
Oversee all operations ensuring efficient and effective management of the US office.
Establish a domestic storage and logistics system for Amazon and other e-commerce businesses.
Develop a sales team to sell Power Tools and Cordless Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE) for both private label (OEM) and branded businesses in the North American market.
Conduct market research to support product development.
Qualifications:
Power tool industry knowledge and experience leading US sales and operations; experienced in direct and/or OEM sales
Strong background in sales and marketing within the hardware or OPE industry.
Familiar and experienced working with key hardware accounts with ongoing working relationships with extensive professional networks and industry connections
Self-motivated leadership and management experience with a proactive approach to grow and expand into existing and new markets
