SK Search Group, LLC., is an executive search and recruitment firm that has provided Talent Acquisition services to clients for well over 20 years. Our approach consists of gaining an understanding of the position requirement and the client company's culture, extensive research to identify prospective candidates in the desired geographical area and selection interviewing. We see the process through to completion in partnership with the client. We take a quality over quantity approach to the selection process. We maintain long-standing working relationships with other firms outside of our geographic radius in order to enhance our nationwide reach for appropriate search assignments. Our client, a major global apparel organization, is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Professional based in their New Jersey office with hybrid working flexibility. In this role, you will work closely with the VP HRBP focusing on key HR and talent initiatives both regionally and globally. Your efforts will ensure alignment with the strategic priorities of the division and the overall organization. Key areas of responsibility include: performance management, employee relations, progressive discipline, career development, change management, succession planning, compensation planning, talent decisions, strategic talent counseling.     Human Resources Manager Search - Retail (NYC Based) Our client, a major apparel organization, has an immediate need for a Human Resources Manager who will be supporting two premium denim and lifestyle retail divisions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the retail organization. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and interpersonal skills to support employees and drive the company's objectives forward. This is a NYC based position (4 days per week). Knowledge of California employment & compliance laws are a must.    QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred. Previous experience in HR management, preferably in a retail or multi-unit environment. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, especially in California. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. They are currently seeking an Account Executive to manage new and existing accounts. In this highly visible role, the ideal candidate will have experience targeting Houses of Worship, with a passion for the sales process: building relationships, promoting products and solutions to clients. Prior experience with digital imaging product sales would be an advantage for this position.
