Human Resources Manager Search - Retail (NYC Based) Our client, a major apparel organization, has an immediate need for a Human Resources Manager who will be supporting two premium denim and lifestyle retail divisions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all human resources functions within the retail organization. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and interpersonal skills to support employees and drive the company's objectives forward. This is a NYC based position (4 days per week). Knowledge of California employment & compliance laws are a must. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
