The race to embrace is on! 🙌 AI is everywhere, but some departments are incorporating AI into their work applications more easily than others. We surveyed over 7,000 salaried employees working in various departments including HR, IT, Customer Service, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Legal. We found that all departments are using AI, but IT departments lead in AI knowledge, with 75% self-identifying as knowledgeable or an expert, followed by marketing (65%) and accounting/finance (52%).
