set up my personal gmail to receive/send emails from with my professional GWS email address

Hi, I am trying to add my professional email address (PII Removed by Staff) (created within Google Workspace) to my personal Gmail account (PII Removed by Staff) in order to receive and send my professional emails from my personal gmail account. There is a problem on the path, can you help me (see picture) ? I checked my password, it is correct, maybe the POP server ? I am french !

How to manage multiple email accounts in a single Gmail inbox

The Check mail from other accounts option can be used when you have multiple email accounts and if you want to access all the mail within a single Gmail inbox.

 

Here are the steps to add another Gmail/GWS account to your main google account:

To add a mail account click on the 'Add a mail account ' option next to 'check mail from other accounts '

  • Make sure POP is enabled in the source account 
  • Make sure the less secure app is turned on in the source account.
  • If the less secure apps option is not available, enable 2-step verification and generate an app password, use the app password instead of the password.

  • Email address user name - source mail id
  • If less secure apps is enabled: Password - source mail-id password  
  • If 2SV is enabled:  Password - App Password
  • Pop server: Pop.gmail.com
  • Port: 995 (preferred)
  • Always use a secure connection (SSL) - Tick mark if you want to use a secure connection.
  • Label incoming messages- Select if required.
  • Archive incoming messages- Select if required

Pop server to Pop.gmail.com

and port number to 995  and keep the remaining this as per your current screenshot

so when doing that are you getting any error?

Where is this part in Gmail ?

@glorias Go to the below link and see if you can see either 2step verifcation or less secure app options in there, please let me know if it is showing enabled or disabled

Yes, both emails accounts (PII Removed by Staff and
PII Removed by Staff) have the 2-step verification activated 👍 But it is
still does not work.

@glorias ok good,for (PII Removed by Staff)  generate an app password and use it instead of password in the configuration settings of "check mail from other accounts"

Another problem/bug, Gmail does not let me insert images in this email
account... Can you see my attachment here ?
