Is there a users minimum count for Business starter?

We have a Business standard suscription flexible plan for 5 users, I'd like to downgrade to starter and have only 2 users.
Is that possible?

Hi @nelsons ! Thank you for reaching out here. It looks like Business Starter can be any where from 1-300 users. This table compares the business plans nicely.

When you say "it looks like" ...sounds like it might be, but not sure....can I assume that's a confirmation that the minimum user count is 1?
