Should the group have a separate folder for Urban Fantasy?
(Urban Fantasy being a genre that incorporates magical elements/creatures into a modern/post-modern setting. Examples: Georgina Kincaid series by Richelle Mead, Mercy Thompson series by Patricia Briggs
PNR often uses the same setting as UF, but always includes a Happily Ever After ending. Examples: Lords of the Underworld by Gena Showalter, Immortals After Dark by Kresley Cole)

Yes! It'll be good to keep that separate from Paranormal Romance.
No! There's too much overlap between UF and PNR, so it'll be confusing.
