Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 Mobile Platform announced

Qualcomm has silently introduced the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3, the company’s latest mid-range 5G SoC. This has the SM6375 part number as the Snapdragon 695 which was introduced back in 2021, so this is just an overclocked version, and not the successor to the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1.

This uses Qualcomm Kryo CPU with up to 2.3 GHz clock speeds compared to 2.2 GHz prime cores in the predecessor, so it is just 4.5% boost. It also has a Qualcomm Adreno GPU, but it doesn’t mention any changes. Benchmark leak already revealed that it has the same Adreno 619 GPU.

This has Snapdragon X51 5G Modem-RF System that supports both sub-6
and mmWave, comes with Qualcomm FastConnect 6200 Mobile Connectivity System for 2×2 Wi-Fi 6, has triple 12-bit ISPs, uses the same 6nm process and supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 4+ Technology.

First device with Snapdragon 6s Gen 3?

Based on the latest benchmark leak, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 will power the moto g85, which is expected to launch later this month.

The product brief also mentions the part number SM6370 without 5G, so we can also expect a 4G version of the chip.
