iQOO Z9 5G with 6.67″ FHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display, Dimensity 7200, 8GB RAM launched in India starting at Rs. 19,999


iQOO just launched the iQOO Z9 5G, the company’s latest smartphone in the Z series and the successor to last year’s iQOO Z7 in India, as it had announced. The phone has a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, up to 1800 nits peak brightness and 16MP front camera inside the punch-hole.

It is powered by Dimensity 7200 SoC, a first in the segment, has 8GB of RAM with 8GB extended RAM. The phone runs Funtouch OS 14 based on Android 14, and the company has promised 2 years of OS updates and three years of monthly security patches.

It has a 50MP rear camera with Sony IMX882 sensor, OIS + EIS along with a 2MP depth sensor for portrait. The phone has a plastic back with an attractive design, features an in-display fingerprint scanner and packs a 5000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.

The iQOO Z9 5G comes in Graphene Blue and Brushed Green colours and is priced at Rs. 19,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model and the 8GB + 256GB model costs Rs. 21,999.

The phone will be available from Amazon.in and iQOO.com. For Amazon Prime users there is an early access sale at 12PM on March 13th, and for others the open sale begins March 14th at 12PM.
