Return Policy

We hope love your purchase as much as we loved making it. If something does not work out or arrives damaged/defective, we will accept returns within 30 days of the original ship date. Returns must be unworn and unwashed. Once the item is received, we will send you an email to let you know and will begin the inspection process. You will then be notified by email of approval or rejection of the refund.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

All item refunds will be credited to the original source of payment.

If a package arrives damaged, please take a picture of the damage and email to thelightco4@gmail.com before submitting return.

**All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that smell or have pet hair on them cannot be returned or exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs of submitting for a full refund. No cancellations will be accepted after 24 hrs.
