It does what it is supposed to do, but I’d be happier with a quicker temperature indication. Sometimes it takes a while to reach the current temperature.
It comes with a booklet with the reference meat doneness temperatures.
There is a handy temperatures table printed on the back of the thermometer, BUT the values are wrong, and not aligned with the values shown in the booklet. Totally messed up. Pity.
